These terms and conditions govern your use of our cleaning services and this website. By booking a service or submitting an enquiry, you agree to be bound by these terms. PROCLEAN Solutions Ltd is a company registered in England and Wales. Our services are provided across London and Greater London.
2. Our Services
We provide professional cleaning services including:
- Regular residential cleaning (weekly / fortnightly / monthly)
- End of tenancy cleaning
- Deep cleaning
- Airbnb and short-let property cleaning
- Post-construction cleaning
- Commercial and communal area cleaning
All services are subject to availability and the acceptance of a booking by PROCLEAN Solutions. Submitting a booking form constitutes an enquiry, not a confirmed booking. Confirmation is provided by us via phone, WhatsApp, or email.
3. Booking & Payment
All prices are quoted on request based on property size, service type, and current condition. No payment is taken online. Payment is due on the day of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept cash, bank transfer, and card payment.
Quoted prices are valid for 14 days. Prices may vary if the actual scope of work materially differs from what was described at the time of booking.
4. Cancellation Policy
- More than 24 hours' notice: Cancellations or rescheduling at no charge.
- Less than 24 hours' notice: A cancellation fee of up to 50% of the quoted service cost may be charged to cover staff time and scheduling.
- No access on arrival: If our team cannot access the property at the agreed time with no prior notice, the full quoted price may be charged.
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances (illness, equipment failure, extreme weather). We will notify you as soon as possible and offer an alternative date at no extra cost.
5. Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with the standard of cleaning, please notify us within 7 days of the service completion and tell us which areas concern you. We will return and re-clean those areas free of charge. This guarantee does not apply if the property's condition was materially misrepresented at the time of booking, or if the dissatisfaction results from pre-existing damage or staining that cannot be removed through cleaning.
6. Insurance
PROCLEAN Solutions is fully insured with public liability insurance. Our insurance covers accidental damage caused by our cleaning staff during the performance of their duties. In the event of accidental damage, you must notify us within 24 hours of the service. We will not accept liability for:
- Pre-existing damage or wear and tear
- Items of antique or sentimental value not disclosed prior to the clean
- Damage arising from faulty, loose, or improperly installed fixtures
- Items not secured or stored safely prior to our arrival
Our maximum liability in any claim is limited to the cost of the service provided on the day the damage occurred.
7. Access to the Property
You agree to provide safe access to the property at the agreed time. Our team will treat your property and belongings with care and respect. We ask that you secure any valuables, cash, or irreplaceable items prior to our visit. PROCLEAN Solutions does not accept liability for the loss of items not disclosed or secured before the clean.
8. Health & Safety
Our team uses professional-grade, eco-friendly cleaning products. Please inform us in advance of any known allergies, sensitivities, or specific product requirements. We will not clean areas that pose a health or safety risk to our staff, including areas containing biohazards, extreme mould, or pest infestations.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and layout, is owned by or licensed to PROCLEAN Solutions. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our prior written permission.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
