Post-Construction Cleaning

Cleaning after building work, from the first clear-out of dust and debris to a finished handover. Choose the level that fits your stage of the project.

Get the space ready to use after the builders leave

Building and renovation work leaves fine dust on almost every surface, along with offcuts, packaging, stickers and marks on glass and fittings.

We clean in three levels so you can choose the stage you need: a Builders' Clean during or just after the main work, a Final Clean once the work is finished, and a Handover Clean when the space is being moved into or handed to a client.

Each level has a written checklist, below, that shows exactly what is included and what isn't, so there are no surprises. Tell us about the job and we'll quote it.

Best for: a site where work is still going on, or the first clear-out after the main building work.

Level 2

Final Clean

A full clean of the whole property, top to bottom, once the building work is finished.

Best for: a finished renovation, extension or new build.

Level 3

Handover Clean

The finishing level. Everything in the Final Clean, plus the detail work and polishing.

Frequently Asked Questions

A Builders' Clean clears the heavy dust and debris during or just after the main building work. A Final Clean is a full clean of the whole property once the work is finished. A Handover Clean adds the detail work and polishing on top of that, ready for moving in or handing over. Each level includes everything in the one before it, and the checklist on this page shows the tasks at each level.

A deep clean tackles built-up grime in a home that has been lived in. Post-construction cleaning deals with what building work leaves behind: fine dust, debris, stickers and protective film, and it is done in levels to match the stage of the project. For a small job, such as a single repainted room, a deep clean may be enough. For larger works the levels here are a better fit.

No. We sweep up and bag the loose debris, offcuts and packaging that come up while we clean, but skip hire and removal of rubble, bulk waste or leftover materials are not included.

Not as standard. Dried paint, cement, plaster and adhesive can damage a surface if they are scraped or treated the wrong way, so tell us what is on which surfaces and we can look at it separately before you book.

It depends on the size of the property, how much dust and debris there is and which level you choose. We give you an estimate when we quote.

Post-construction cleaning is quoted per job rather than at a fixed online price. Request a callback below or call us on 07348 652 561, and tell us the size of the property, what work was done and which level you want. Photos of the property help us quote accurately. You can also choose "Post-Construction Clean" in the booking form and we will come back to you with a quote.
